TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
- 90 participants or less: Shotgun start at 14h & 18h
- 91 participants or more: The field of participants will be split into waves. In this case, the start time depends on the total number of entries.
The field of participants of the competitive tournament is divided into 5 waves. A wave consists of about 30 players. Based on your score on the first 18 holes you will be re-grouped within your wave such that each wave gets its own topflight. To compose the different waves, we use the Holland ranking and the Belgian ranking on 01/06/2023. Players who finished in the top 100 of the FIFG European Tour in 2022 will be classified in the wave with the highest ranked players. On Monday 05/06/2023 a communication will be sent and you will see in which wave you will be classified. So you know immediately at what times of the day you can play.
The final schedule depends on the actual number of participants. If it fits better in your schedule, you can ask your organization to put you in an earlier wave. It is of course not possible to put yourself in a later wave. The final flights will be drawn on Thursday evening June 8. This happens live on the facebook page of Antverpia. All women will be assigned to wave 3.
REGISTRATION, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
The registration fee is 75 EUR and includes a pasta meal.
The account number for the registration fee is BE34 9734 4403 2890 (new account number).
You can cancel your registration free of charge until Thursday, June 1. After that, you will only receive a 50% refund until Wednesday, June 7. When you cancel after that you will not get your money back
Your registration is only final after you have transferred the amount due to BE34 9734 4403 2890 mentioning your name.

At least 1.200 EUR...If more than 120 participants 2.000 EUR
